As different as we feel we are from others, and even from our day-to-day selves, massage must meet and address our individual and current needs. 


Your Modality Menu includes: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Positional Release, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Reiki, Sports, Orthopedic, Prenatal, and Lymphatic Drainage... and you don't have to choose just one! 

Yoga

Yoga lessons are enhanced with an extensive supply of props, including one of the first rope walls in the Metro Area.  The relationships to gravity created by yogasanas (yoga postures) done with the rope wall quickly build strength, flexibility and confidence.  It's an experience not to be missed!  Yoga sessions can include up to 3 people, so please let me know if you would like to bring a friend or two.

Posture

Correct alignment is the key to ease in both work and rest.  I will show you how your current postural and movement habits are draining the energy that could be easily trained to more efficiently fuel you toward your goals of health and happiness.  In addition, you will learn how to use your surroundings as props... from a door frame to a counter top.  An opportunity for postural progress awaits you at every turn!!
